These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the That Girl Health Academy website and The Framework for That Girl course (together, the "Course"), operated by That Girl Health Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
The Course is education, not medical care
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Please read our Medical & Educational Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Enrollment & access
When you enroll, you receive access to the complete Course, including all modules and accompanying resources, for one year from your enrollment date. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
Payment & payment plans
You may enroll by paying in full or, where offered, through a payment plan of three monthly installments. By choosing the payment plan, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge each scheduled installment automatically. Enrolling on a payment plan does not create a right to cancel the remaining installments; you remain responsible for the full balance once you enroll. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
All sales final
Because the Course is a digital product to which you receive immediate and full access upon enrollment, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. See our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property
All Course content, including videos, audio, written materials, worksheets, guides, graphics, and the That Girl Health Academy name and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, share login credentials, publicly post, or create derivative works from any part of the Course without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or Course, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, sharing your account, or using the content in any way that infringes our rights or violates the law.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Course, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
